How long does it take to ship the Telly Tale Phone?
We are a small business and usually ship within 2 to 3 days after ordering, unless you have a pre-order. Pre-order shipping times vary.
Where do I listen to my recordings?
The USB version requires a computer. The Bluetooth version needs the SoniNote app.
Which version is better for very young children?
The USB version doesn't require pushing any buttons, it records once the phone is picked up. The Bluetooth version requires students to know how to press a button and know the difference between red and blue.
Can I save my recording?
Yes, you can save the recordings as audio files. If you want to post a recording, screen recording works well.
What does the curriculum have?
It guides teachers and parents on how to use it and teach self regulation and conflict resolution skills.
How many audio recordings can the phone hold?
Although we cannot say exactly how many, our device holds up to 8 GB of recordings.
Why is the phone final sale?
The Telly Tale Phone is final sale at this time due to the nature of the product. As a small business, we are not yet at a stage where we can offer returns or exchanges for non defective items.
Do I have to be a teacher to buy this?
Not at all. While the Telly Tale Phone was originally designed for classrooms, anyone can purchase and enjoy it.
