We're a small teacher-owned business and we want you to love your Telly Tale. Please read our policy below before purchasing. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
- ✔ Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- ✔ Covers products that arrive damaged or defective.
- ✔ Covers orders where you received the wrong item.
- ✔ Approved returns may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Not Returnable
- ✕ Issues caused by customer error.
- ✕ A simple change of mind.
- ✕ Normal wear and tear.
- ✕ Damage from misuse.
- ✕ Returns with missing packaging or accessories.
Before You Return
Please troubleshoot first. Many issues are quick fixes and our team is happy to help. All returns must be approved before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds & Shipping
Approved returns may qualify for a replacement or a refund at our discretion, after the product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error.
