We're a small teacher-owned business and we want you to love your Telly Tale. Please read our return policy below before purchasing. All sales are final unless the product arrives with a verified technical defect.
Return Eligibility
- ✔ A return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- ✔ The item is returned in its original packaging.
- ✔ The product is in good, unused condition.
- ✔ All accessories are included with the return.
Not Returnable
- ✕ Issues caused by customer error.
- ✕ A simple change of mind.
- ✕ Normal wear and tear.
- ✕ Damage from misuse.
- ✕ Returns with missing packaging or accessories.
Before You Return
Please troubleshoot first. Most issues are quick fixes and our team is happy to help. All returns must be approved before shipping back; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Refunds & Shipping
Refunds or replacements are issued after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or a shipping error on our part.
